Cancellation Policy

オラクルリーディング、レクチャー、アロマンシーの予約につきましては、２週間前から2日前までにお申し込みいただけます。予約確認後こちらからGoogle Meetのリンクをお送りいたします。 予約キャンセル/リスケジュールは24時間前までにお願いいたします。 24時間以内の場合予約時間を変更することは可能ですが、Email, Whatsappにて直接ご連絡いただく必要がございます。 返金について。一度予約をされますとセッション前でも返金は致しかねます。またセッション後如何なる場合でも返金は御座いませんのでご了承おねがいします。 This is our online reservation policy. You may reserve Perfume Oracle Session, Lecture, and Aromancy between two weeks and two days before your desired date/time. Once confirmed, we will send you the link to Google Meet. Cancellation and rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours you are able to reschedule by making direct communication (via email, whatsapp etc) with us. There is no refund whatsoever once the reservation is made. Thank you.
